We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not completely satisfied with Colorify's AI-powered color intelligence platform within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

For existing subscribers, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as service usage, technical issues, and customer satisfaction. Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of annual subscriptions if cancelled mid-term.
